If you have unsubscribed from any Emerald Harvest communications, due to production schedules, you may receive communications already in production.

SHIPPING POLICY
Emerald Harvest uses UPS to make sure your package arrives on time. Our UPS shipping calculator will base your shipping cost on the weight of your items and your preferred shipping time. Currently we offer UPS Ground Service, UPS Next Day Air® and UPS 2nd Day Air®. PO Box and rural areas may be shipped using UPS as well.

Standard Delivery*
Depending on the service you choose from UPS, your Emerald Harvest package will arrive within 3-7 business days. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and APO/FPO addresses take additional time.
Rush Delivery*
UPS Next Day Air® and UPS 2nd Day Air® is also available. If you choose either of these services, your Emerald Harvest package arrive within 2-3 business days, provided order is placed before 6 PM (PST).
RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
At Emerald Harvest, we want you to be pleased with your products. We guarantee simple, easy, success for everyone who uses our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange, replace, or credit your purchase when it is presented in reasonable condition within 90 days.
Emerald Harvest products purchased from a retailer must be returned to the original place of purchase. Emerald Harvest will not exchange or accept returns made from retailers other than emeraldharvest.co.
Please return your product with your original receipt and your Return Authorization number for a full refund (minus the shipping charge).
