HOW DOES EMERALD GODDESS WORK?

Emerald Goddess benefits crops throughout their life cycle by encouraging crop vitality, and it’s suitable for foliar feeding or as a root drench.

  • Natural biocatalysts that encourage fast growth and flowering
  • Building blocks for plants to bud and bloom abundantly
  • Increased nutrient uptake and root development

3.

WHY PURCHASE EMERALD GODDESS
OVER ANOTHER BRAND?

  • Natural Biocatalyst.
Emerald Goddess is “the most potent biocatalyst on the market today.” This means that it contains powerful, natural ingredients that help set certain biological processes in motion—and then regulates them. It is the foundation for plant development and growth to its maximum genetic potential.
  • Natural Humic Acid Source.
Humic acid is a natural compound with chelating properties. That means it binds with other compounds to assist plants in taking up minerals they wouldn’t otherwise absorb. This reduces waste and allows crops to get the most from a feeding program.
  • It’s better than organic.
Organic nutrient supplements can appeal to some growers. Emerald Goddess is a very clean nutrient supplement that contains only natural raw materials such as kelp and alfalfa. However, since it also contains mineral fertilizer ingredients it is not certified “organic”.

Why is Emerald Goddess “better than organic”?

  • It is rich in natural, organic* ingredients like alfalfa meal, kelp extract and leonardite
  • BUT it also contains the benefit of high-grade mineral ingredients, including thiamine (B1) which are more easily and rapidly utilized by the plant than organic materials.

*Emerald Goddess ingredients are not certified organic but they are organic

BIOCATALYSTS

A biocatalyst is a substance, such as an enzyme or hormone, that initiates or increases the rates of biochemical reactions.

Biocatalysts:

  • trigger or stimulate metabolic processes in cells or tissues
  • set more complex biochemical events in motion
  • regulate every stage of growth during an organism’s life cycle
  • determine and manage—by their relative concentrations or ratios—biological changes during an organism’s lifetime, from pre-birth to death

Each phase of a plant’s life cycle is orchestrated by biocatalysts, which trigger or signal the plant to start or stop specific changes and regulate those changes by the concentrations and ratios of hormones.

Hormones
The public tends to associate hormones with something synthetic or unnatural— like hormones fed to cattle or those used by athletes to cheat in sports.

These hormones are naturally occurring in humans, animals and in plants. Hormonal levels and ratios in the human body drive the transition from childhood through adolescence and on to old age – and every transition in between. In plants, they regulate the growth of plants through every stage and phase of growth.

That’s why we take care to emphasize that the plant hormones—or phytohormones—in Emerald Goddess are 100% natural.

Phytohormones are extremely powerful compounds. Very little need to be present in plant tissues to produce dramatic effects. It’s important that the right phytohormones are present in the right concentrations and ratios to produce desirable results.

The two sources of phytohormones in Emerald Goddess are alfalfa and kelp.

WHAT DO THE INGREDIENTS
IN EMERALD GODDESS DO?

Alfalfa and Kelp
Alfalfa and kelp work together in Emerald Goddess to deliver three highly plant-beneficial compounds: auxins, (ox-ins) cytokinins (syto-kinins) and triacontanol.

Auxins

  • Promote growth & development of roots & shoots
  • Initiate fruits & flowers
  • Support ripening

Cytokinins

  • Make plants bushier
  • Allow plants to ripen right up to harvest
  • Preserve the quality of fruits & flowers after harvest

Triacontanol

  • It increases vegetative and floral growth
  • accelerates the rate of photosynthesis
  • encourages root development

 Humic Acid
Another natural ingredient in Emerald Goddess that helps plants reap the full rewards of nutrients is leonardite. Often used as a soil conditioner, leonardite is a rich natural source of humic acid.

Humic acid is a natural compound with chelating properties. That means it binds with other compounds to assist plants in taking up minerals they wouldn’t otherwise absorb. This reduces waste and allows crops to get the most from a feeding program.

Chelation is important for two reasons:

  • More of the nutrients you feed your crops get used as plant food. There is less waste and more benefit to the plant.
  • Chelation also extends the functional pH range of each micronutrient, reducing the risk of nutrient lockout and deficiencies.

Chelation Analogy
Imagine a movie theatre where a violent action film is playing. Children under 12 are not allowed into this film – unless accompanied by an adult. Without that adult to gain them access, they would simply just be sitting in the lobby of the theatre. Chelates grab on to minerals that otherwise would not be able to be utilized and help deliver them into the plant system.

CAN I USE EMERALD GODDESS
WITH MY CURRENT NUTRIENT LINE?

Emerald Goddess is a unique product and not many competitive lines have an equivalent product to Emerald Goddess. It is possible to have great results using Emerald Goddess with another brand and Emerald Goddess is a great entry product to introduce customers to the Emerald Harvest line. But, like our other supplements, growers should use the full Emerald Harvest line as a complete plant nutrient system to maximize the genetic potential of their crop.
